Join us for this annual FAVORITE collaboration with the Shalamar Foundation

Fall drive through scenic and colorful Central NY including a tour of Phaeton Motors, lunch at the Saratoga Auto Museum and admission to see the Bond in Motion Exhibit.

Cost: $100 per person. Includes Lunch, Tour of Phaeton Motors, Admission to the Bond in Motion Exhibit at the Saratoga Auto Museum and a FREE one-year membership to the museum (a $75 value).

There will be two different itineraries for this event depending on your starting point. Option One is for those attendees starting from the Utica area and Option Two is for those starting in the Capital Region.

OPTION ONE - UTICA AREA START
This exciting day starts off with coffee and donuts at Alan Rosenblum's Phaeton Motors garage. We then rally through some great roads in the Mohawk Valley to arrive at the Saratoga Auto Museum to visit the Bond in Motion exhibit - a collection of some of the most recognizble film cars from the James Bond movie franchise. Lunch is included and will be provided on site.

Not a driver or want to take the elegant path to the museum? You are in luck. This year we are happy to offer a nostalgic trip back in time as you ride to the museum in a fully-restored 1949 Flexible Clipper bus, departing from Phaeton motors. Now you can sit back and enjoy the rally and experience a trip back in time as you make your way to the museum. The bus will return you to your car at Phaeton Motors.  Bus is limited to 22 passengers on a first-come, first-served basis.

8:00AM: Check-In at 117 New Hartford Street in New Hartford, NY for Coffee & Donuts
8:45AM: Drivers' Meeting
9:00AM: Rally Departs
11:30AM - 12:45PM: Experience the Saratoga Auto Museum and Bond in Motion collection.
12:45PM: Drive/Bus from museum to Mama Mias (less than 5 minutes away) for lunch.
2:00PM: Drive home on your own. Bus departs back to Phaeton Motors.

OPTION TWO - CAPITAL REGION START

If you live in the Capitol Region, your exciting day will begin when you drive to the Saratoga Auto Museum to meet up with the rest of the Charity Motor Club contingent. You will then tour the museum and the Bond in Motion Exhibit. Following your time in the museum, join the rest of the club for a great buffet lunch. Then, enjoy a rally through the scenic backroads of the Mohawk Valley to visit the Phaeton Motors collection.

OPTION TWO - EVENT DETAILS 
11:00AM: Check-In at The Saratoga Auto Museum
11:30AM - 12:45PM: Experience the Saratoga Auto Museum and Bond in Motion collection.
12:45PM: Drive from museum to Mama Mias (less than 5 minutes away) for lunch.
2:00PM: Drivers meeting for the rally to Phaeton Motors
2:15PM: Rally Departs
3:45PM - 4:45PM: Arrive at Phaeton Motors and tour the museum
4:45PM: Drive home on your own
Option Two Event Ends

Cost: $100 Per person (if you wish to ride the bus, the cost is the same).
